What we collect

Contact form / enquiry email: your name, email address, optional phone number and the contents of your message (including any budget, location and objective details you choose to give).
Technical records: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) kept for security and abuse prevention.
Cookie choice: your essential-cookie decision stored locally in your browser. We set no analytics or advertising cookies — see the cookie policy.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and, where you proceed, to scope and deliver the services you request (performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract).
To keep the site secure (legitimate interests).

We do not send marketing newsletters, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Where an engagement involves licensed professionals (for example a conveyancer), we share only the information needed for that introduction, and we tell you before we do.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 12 months. Records connected to a delivered engagement are kept for up to 6 years as business records, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or an export. Email support@ss-investments.services and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Scope statement. SS Investments & Properties Ltd provides property market research and purchase consultancy. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we do not provide regulated investment advice, we do not hold client money or manage property assets, and we do not promise rental yields or price growth. Where work requires licensed professionals (for example solicitors or surveyors), we introduce them openly and the regulated work is carried out by them.
